Any advice to help my puppy stop barking at outside noises/things they see through the window?

Hey guys! I have a 10 month old puppy, who gets startled with these kinds of noises, or if she sees something “scary” outside, and will start barking. I’m really trying to stop this because I live in an apartment, and it’s also a bit annoying. 😅 I’ve been making some progress with praising her when I hear a sound first, which gets her attention before she can start barking, and sometimes can calm her enough. I’ll give her treats when I have those close too. But then sometimes she just freaks out over a noise I don’t hear, or before I can say anything to her first. Is there anything else I can be doing? It definitely seems fear based, and I feel bad for her! I got her at 5 months, and she didn’t get much socialization training before I got her, so I’m worried she will be afraid of these kinds of things forever. 😅
