My 6 month old puppy is pretty much potty trained using a bell, but he’s been having “accidents” lately in the house. He always seems to go in one particular place and because it’s carpet, I think that’s why, as everywhere else is hard flooring.
This is really frustrating me because he knows how to use the bell, but it’s also really making me feel disgusting because carpet is more difficult to fully clean than hard flooring. I’ve been using the Simple Solution cleaner and I feel like it’s just not working.
I’ve been following the instructions exactly as listed, including leaving for 10-15 minutes, but he keeps returning to this same spot.
Can anyone recommend an anti-enzyme cleaner (in the UK) that actually works to prevent repeat marking?
It’s getting to the stage where I just want to rip the manky carpet up and douse the floor in Dettol 🤢.
