Almost 6 month old Golden Retriever still peeing everywhere

Hey all,

My 5 month and 26 day old Golden Retriever, Maya, is having a bladder issue.

She continues to 'happy pee' everywhere. If I am sitting on my desk working, she will come over and get happy and pee. If she is sleeping on the sofa and I walk by, she gets happy and pees. If I tell her to go to her bed for a treat or chewing stick, she gets overly happy and pees.

I am getting extremely sick of it.

The pee isn't a full pee but its not just pee drops either. It's a string of pee. Enough yo smell and make a mess.

We live in an averment, and we walk twice a day. We have a balcony, where I put a small children's pool and use some pads inside. I have been trying to phase out the pads but with no luck, since every time she wakes up from her crate she immediately goes to the pad to pee.

I guess you could say she is potty trained outside, where she always pees and poops, but she also pad trained inside for pee.

I have had no luck in phasing out the pads, and I have had no luck at all in getting her to stop the happy pee. If I get angry or loud, she pees more.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!
