My 4 year bulldog regularly wakes up at 4:30 in the morning. When he wakes up at 4:30 to 5:00 he does eat his first meal, i’m unable to take this habit away yet because he does bark when not fed and i live in an apartment. He does have ample exercise when the temps outside are good and enrichment inside the house. He does not need a lot of it, he’s an english bulldog. He sleeps by 8:30 to 9:30 in the evening. One thing i am trying out is taking away his water bowl before his last pee for the night, i usually leave it at his spot the whole day. Apart from that, i have no clue as to what can be done. Healthwise he is doing well. All in all he is just awake 5-6 hours a day.
Any tips? I feel defeates but i’m pretty sure someone out there has an answer for me!! Appreciate it!
