13 month old male Labrador- I hen do they stop “getting into everything”

We have a large fenced in yard. When my dog is out there alone he only roams to find things to get into like eating trees/bushes, getting into things in the screen house etc. he has toys chew toys out there but nope. 👎🏽 doesn’t want them unless one of us is out there. He’s also almost always looking at me to entertain him. I WFH and cannot do that all day long so we take 2 walks a day and some back yard training : play. But honestly that should be enough. He is getting neutered this week. I wonder if this will help him “settle” at all? He’s a great dog- but he’s always “up our ass” haha 😆
