10 werk year old Cockapoo

We've had our puppy for a couple of weeks and due his 2nd inoculation in a further couple of weeks.

At first everything started off okay but recently, he is just becoming super hyper, non stop playing or going mental jumping up at you, running around bottom ground floor biting and trying to play with his potty pads.

Some days he is better at going on his pads and he knows what they are and others he just tries to play with them and don't seem to then use them as much.

He does nap downstairs with either myself or brother, he normally sleeps near us or by our feet.

I would say in general, he naps 4/5 times a day and normally settles for bed around 7/8pm. He sleep downstairs with my brother on the floor and he bring him up around 11pm to sleep in a play pen in his bedroom.

He does do well with his sleeping as may only wake once or twice during night to go to the toilet as recognises downstairs as his toilet area and will not do toilet on his pads upstairs, and is then woken up by myself when going to work which is around 5.30 to 6am.

My brother does try to settle him again by putting him in his bed and then placing that bed onto his which seems to work for a short while. That does work or taking him downstairs does the trick.

Just wondering if you have any advice as its becoming incredibly tiring, as this our first experience with a puppy, as our previous dog we just lost to cancer was 18 months old before we got her.
