10 week old Puppy seems to want to keep training well past the recommended time

Hi all! My new puppy is 10 weeks old, we think is a mix with maybe lab and Shepard and she is definitely very smart. Whenever I go to do her 5-10 minutes training sessions a couple times a day, she always seems to want to keep going. She just sits and stares at me like she wants me to keep telling her more things to do or teach her something else. Should I continue to redirect? Or should I just keep doing some training until she obviously loses interest? Thanks!
