Trying to find a Yorkie
Hello all,
I’m trying to find a Yorkie breeder near me for my wife’s Valentine’s Day present. I’m starting early in case I need to get on a waitlist. So far my options have been scams or $3,000 AKC Champion bloodlines. I’m not interested in either of those things. Just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions or knew a reputable breeder near Nashville TN. I’d be willing to drive to Alabama, Georgia, etc. Just looking for a good family pet in the $500-$1000 range.
Thanks!

Dogs paw pad split open
Hi! My dogs paw pad split open and has been bleeding for some time. I washed it out with salt water put some mupirocin on it and bandaged it up, but am wondering if I need to take her to the emergency vet? Pics in comments.

What do you think about my dog walking business? Looking for feedback and advice! 🐾
https://share.google/4hai0qCFWf92HgMzM
Hey everyone!
I recently started a small dog walking and sitting business called 5 Towns Dog Walking and Sitting. I’m really passionate about dogs and love spending time outdoors, so this felt like the perfect fit for me.
I’d love to get some feedback or advice from the community — especially from anyone who’s run a dog walking or pet care business before. • What do you think makes a great dog walking service stand out? • Any tips for building trust with new clients or growing locally? • What would you look for if you were hiring a dog walker or sitter?
Thanks so much for your time and any insight you can share. I appreciate it! 🐶💛

I just don’t know what else to do
I’m so defeated. My miniature American shepherd, almost 5 months just will not house train. I take him out constantly. I couldn’t possibly take him out more. He goes AT LEAST every 30 minutes AND will go out on his lead a couple times a day. We don’t have a fenced in yard or doggie door. He pees every single time. Even if just a little he definitely goes each and every time. He knows to potty outside but he hasn’t figured out to NOT also go in the house. We’ve had ZERO days accident free days. We were so close today, and lo and behold I see a puddle in the floor. I have no idea when this could’ve even happened. He’s in his kennel when he can’t be observed. What’s also perplexing is that he sleeps 9 hours in a kennel overnight and holds it allllll night. Please help. I’m so over this. It’s not even been long but it feels like a lifetime.

16 week old puppy went inside crate to pee
My 16 week old French bulldog went inside her crate to pee. I leave the door open because sometimes she goes in there when she is rough playing with the other 2 dogs. She will bring toys in there when they are trying to get them from her. Seems like she considers it a safe place. I also feed her in there and leave her food dish in there. Seems weird she would want to pee in there. Any thoughts? We don’t use pee pads. We only go outside on grass.
