Loss of focus during training sessions after starting walks
My puppy is four months old, we started the walks almost a week ago. I decided that our next command would be "heel", but I noticed that his attention span became almost non-existent. Obviously I don't want to overload him, so I've been doing a session every morning after his first outing, but it still lasts like, two minutes being optimistic before he decides he doesn't want to do it anymore, when before we could do five or seven minutes focused twice a day.
I guess it's normal, he gets several treats and some outside commands, as well as leash training and potty training, so I'm not going to insist on more sessions or longer sessions since again, the last thing I want is to overload him.
My question is will this last long? What is the best time to do that single training session and obtain the best results? Will he show interest again when he settles into the routine or do I have to permanently change my approach from now on? Maybe offering you high-value treats will help? I haven't done it because I don't want them to lose courage, I'm only giving them to them when they go to the bathroom outside.
Any guidance on how to go about this from now on to keep it fun for him would be appreciated, even if the advice is not to teach him anything new at all until he settles in or something, I'm totally willing to wait, I just don't really know what's best.

What do i do for the whole hour$
Got a new puppy around 10 weeks old, all the advice is '1 hr up, 2 hrs down', my pup in the morning and afternoon will only generally sleep for 1-1.5 hrs and then just go crazy in the crate. Not sure how to make him nap longer.
When hes out, hes great for a small bit of training, but loses attention quickly and becomes very overstimulated and bitey, at which point is the advice is to disengage So how do i fill the whole hour of up time effectively if i cant really interact with him?

Is it normal for my Golden to be this obsessed with fetch?
My 2-year-old Golden will literally play fetch until she collapses if I let her. She brings me the ball constantly, whines if I stop, and seems like she'd go all day. I have to force her to take breaks. Is this normal Golden behavior or is mine extra obsessive? How much is too much?

Adjusting to Daylight Savings
Hi all,
Does anyone have tips/insight on how to adjust a puppy's schedule to the clock change, or how long it might take?
I have a 4 month old who I'd fallen into a good routine with: bathroom break followed by bedtime between 12:00 and 1:00 am, and then she'd generally sleep solid in her crate until 7:00-7:45 am every morning.
Since the clocks changed, she has had problems adapting, despite the fact that the timing of her meals, bathroom breaks, etc., have shifted to accommodate the clock change. We're still taking a bathroom break at 12:00 – 1:00 am, but she's now only sleeping 5-6 hours, and waking me up at pretty much 6:00 am sharp every day for a bathroom break, and refusing to go back to bed. I can only assume it's because her body is telling her 6:00 am is really 7:00 am.
The lack of sleep is not ideal – anyone been through this, and have tips on how long I need to ride this out, or how I can get her to adjust to the time change?

How do I tell my pup daylight savings has ended?
As I expected, my pup is an hour ahead of me now that daylight savings has ended where I live. How do I transition him to waking up an hour later???
