What Do I Do To Calm Her Down?

I have chronic fatigue syndrome, epilepsy, and am sole provider for 5 people. I have a 4 month old German shepherd that was given to me, she has naps, long walks and runs, 15 different toys (she destroyed twice as many in less than a week), 4 different puzzles of different levels, runs an obstacle course twice a day and goes through basic behavioural training daily. She gets cuddles and has time with other dogs too. However, I could be away long enough to be in the bathroom, and she’s howling and wailing and throwing things. And it’s not just me. Anyone can be with her and it’s fine but if a human isn’t watching her, giving her 100% of their attention and energy 24/7 she’s howling and nipping and throwing things and slamming herself into doors.

Her energy never calms down. Or if it does it only calms for 2 minutes before she’s got another 4 hours in her. She regularly prevents me from eating, sleeping, or even sitting down, and my partner hasn’t been able to work on cleaning his side of the bedroom because she won’t let him be. She howls all night and screams and barks during the day for attention.

Spray bottle doesn’t work. Verbal correction doesn’t work. Crate time doesn’t work. Saw a behaviour trainer who was at a loss for what the problem is because she was a total angel around them. I haven’t slept in 3 days or eaten in almost 4 now. What do I do? I can’t give her back to the woman who gave her to me. I love her and want the best for her. But I literally cannot stand up some days.
