Chewing sheets while asleep

I love my dog more than anything and she does a great job of not chewing on stuff during the even when I leave her for hours while I work.

My problem is, she chews on my sheets and comforters while I’m asleep. Has anyone ever had this problem and had a way to fix it?

The only way I can think of is not allowing her in my bed, but after 5 years of sleeping next to her I’m hoping i could find a better way to stop the chewing without her feeling abandoned.

Any advice from similar situations is appreciated.
