Is sleeping with them okay?

I have a 10 week old puppy, a girl, we are trying to crate train for when she has to be home alone (which hasn’t even happened yet, and wont happen regularly at all lol) but she just cannot be left in her crate without crying. Ive seen countless things about just rewarding them when they're quiet, but she’s never quiet. she just screams. ESPECIALLY when it’s covered.

I just don’t really know what to do, she’s not progressing.
