Puppy up every hour overnight?

Hi all, I have a 10 week old wheaten terrier. We’ve had him for about one week now. We’ve been crate training – he actually doesn’t mind being in his crate and will go in willingly for naps and bed. The only issue is he literally wakes us up every hour overnight to go potty. And when we let him out he does go potty but every hour seems excessive and is also killing me in terms of sleep deprivation. Is this normal? Or what tips do you have to make him go a little longer between potty breaks at night?
