how do I get her to sleep comfortably

my puppy hates her crate but because of where we live and certain circumstances we NEED her to be crate trained. she does pretty good in the day with naps and with us needing to leave for work and such (we have someone come to check on her midday). but nighttime has been an absolute nightmare. we put her down and she will bark for about 10-15 mins and then fall asleep…and then again an hour later..and an hour after that. I take her out potty each time if she barks longer than 5 mins and put her right back and she typically falls back asleep after another 10-15 of barking but she’s constantly waking up.

I just have no other tricks I have no idea what to do now I need to sleep to function and I know this is part of it but I just can’t figure out how to help her. She’s obviously tired but she just won’t sleep.
