Evening! My Frankie pankie basically peeled a bit of his paw pad off- a little bleeding but other than that it doesn’t seem to bother him
How can I ensure no infetion? We already called out vet she said it wasn’t concerning enough for him to need to come in.
As of now

He’s had a good bath plus paw cleaning with a lil vinegar (extra stinky boy before this happened)

We added paw balm that specified for hotspot and wounds too

He’s not really limping or slowing down so it obviously isn’t hurting him
He’s currently wearing a sock :/
