My dog seems stressed after my fiance left for work. What do I do?

My fiance and I recently adopted a ~2 yr old female large breed dog. (The shelter wasn't sure exactly what breed she is, they told us probably a cane corso, but definitely a mastiff breed).

Anyway, my fiance's work schedule has him alternating between home and away at work every two weeks (sometimes longer). Over the holidays, he had taken time off and was home for about a month, and he and our dog got to bond a lot during that time.

He left for work, and for the first week or so the dog was seeming to be okay. A little down for the first day or two, but she seemed to get her spirits back up quickly. Now she seems to be realizing he won't be home for a while and I've noticed her behavior change a little. Lower energy during the day, not sleeping through the night/restless sleep, not sleeping in the bed with me when she usually sleeps with my fiance and I, and GI upset (causing accidents in the house). She still seems pretty happy most of the time, she's excited to go on walks, eating normally, being cuddly with me on the couch, playing with her toys. I have a very flexible schedule, and I'm able to be home with her most days, so she gets plenty of attention, playtime, and walks.

I'm just posting to see if anyone has had a similar experience and can offer some advice. What can I do to make her feel better? Does she just have to get used to the routine of his work schedule?
