My 10 week old cockalier whines super intensely when leaving the house or just to go upstairs. We wait it out and come back when it’s quiet to show him quietness wins. He has escaped the baby gate a few times and got upstairs, we use a pen down stairs and have a crate. Sometimes he can cry, bark and whine for 40-50 minutes. Is this just normal this age or do we keep doing what we’re doing?
