What did you do with your puppy?

I have a 10 week old German shorthair pointer. We crate her at night and she does pretty good, try to crate her for naps too. Still working on potty training. We also have a 7 y/o Gsp and we’re still working on her accepting and being nice to the pup. My husband and I work full time out of the home. All of our neighbors and family also work or are not willing to help while we’re gone. What do I do? I thought about puppy proofing a room where her potty would be easy to clean up. But i don’t want it to create any bad issues in the future. Obviously i know potty training would take longer to accomplish. But leaving her that long, I don’t want to create separation anxiety. Any ideas or insight if it will create issues? I also can’t hire anyone from Rover, etc cause we are in a very rural community.
