My dog keeps having accidents and tearing up the couch

We have a puppy who is about 7 months old and she keeps having accidents in the house. We think part of it is that one of our other dogs is blocking the doggy door to get outside. We don’t know why this is happening as she knows it is wrong and runs outside whenever we catch her and we have never had this happen with any other dogs before.

She also constantly tears up the couch to where it has multiple holes in it all the way to the wood, we are hoping that once we are able to get a new couch that will help with part of it as that is were most of the accidents occur. We have never had this problem before and don’t know what to do.
