My dog is twitching every time he breathes in.

I’ve never seen him twitch like this so I’m a little scared. He isn’t in deep sleep so I know it’s not REM movements. He’s really hard to wake up which is NOT normal for him. Should I go to the emergency vet? I have two videos of him doing it.
