I’m tired of impulse-bought dogs

I keep seeing people choose dogs based on looks or a TikTok video, then struggle when the breed needs way more exercise / grooming / training than they realised.

I’m a data nerd so I’ve been tinkering with a little “breed matcher” idea that asks about lifestyle (time at home, kids, other pets, exercise, etc.) and then ranks breeds by “fit”.

If you were using something like that, what questions would you want it to ask? And what would make you trust (or not trust) the results?🐶
