9 weeks in – after puppy blues

Buster has been with us for 9 weeks now. We got him at 8 weeks old.

The first 4 weeks was crazy hard! Every day I cried and struggled and talked about letting him go. But I am so happy I didn’t! After these 4 weeks things got easier. We startede getting to know each other. We started puppy training – this really made our bond stronger.

Now.. he hadn’t had a putty accident for 5 days! He has a “pee-button” he activates when he needs to go. He sleeps from 9-10 in the evening and until 5-5.30 in the morning. He is really easy to train and great at walking with a leash. He can be home alone 4-5 hours without any crying or accidents.

Over all thing are just great! And I am so happy I didn’t give up.

But those first 4 weeks!!!

Only thing we are still struggling with is him being a little too much for our old dog. Its getting better too, but still some way to go.

And his best friend is our cat Loke 🙂
