Traveling when you are the favorite

I have a cavapoo, and I am her person. Also my first dog. I am booking a trip to New Zealand (from Canada). Curious if people have any tips on how to make it easier on her when I'm gone? My husband will be home, and she will likely go to my MIL'S house a few days a week too. Currently she's in doggy daycare and she will go more frequently as it gets closer. I'm worried she'll get depressed and stop eating or something. Help ease my anxiety!
