Aging doggies

I have 3 bichons ages 14,13,13. They’re all pretty much elderly- 14m pees and poops on his bed but still eats drinks & meanders. 13m eats, drinks, meanders. 13f same. They all are scratchy- you know the smell that comes w old dogs. I just don’t know how to help them with these days. It’s sad.
