My Mastiff/Rottweiler suddenly misbehaving.

My Bull Mastweiler just turned 1 on Thanksgiving. He is a very large puppy weight 100lbs. We have raised him since birth. Training was a bit harder while we still had his 6 sibilings. But, after 12 weeks when it was just him things were moving along as good as training a stubborn large pup could go. Just when we thought we could pat ourselves on the back for our great Furbaby parenting, He decides now is a good time to test our patience and sanity. In the past month he has started chewing everything he can reach, and I mean everything…. Our son's toys, He is chewing up cans like its gum, pots and pans, clothes, blankets, socks, electronics, feminine products, the couch and other furniture ect. ect. He pulls everything out of the trash, The cats and him got along great until a month ago now he is relentlessly in their space, lifting their backside up with his nose, chasing them and playing leapfrog over them. The more they hiss a swat at him the more he thinks it's play time. He's digging holes in the yard, He's been jumping on us at 3 am in the morning, He's been sitting on our 9 year old Autistic son essentially pinning him down and refuses to get off, if we try to grab his collar he nips at us.
We can tell that there is so malicious intent behind him. He's just having fun and playing. His tail is wagging, has a big smile and gives us all sorts of kisses as he has us pinned down.
what's going on? Is this just a tween acting out? He has plenty of space to run outside, we often take him to have play dates with other dogs. We are at our wits ends. We wake up to a mess everyday and find something important or expensive that he has destroyed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
