Are there other people that hasn’t a hard time with puppy or teenage phase?

There are a lot of post here talking about how teenage phase is wild and how people get puppy blues.

My pup is now 10 month, had her first heat last month and I just don't get the all the post around. Yes she's a little more independent, wants to try things more and lost 30% of her hearing but she's still a nice pup. I can walk her off leash in forest , maybe discuss sometimes more the recall by sitting instead of immediately coming (but that's on me because I allowed her to "discuss" some commands) but she's generally pretty chill and well behaved. My former dog who was a border collie mix didn't fit either what I'm reading here. Many teen dogs I know either. Like I met maybe one that would fit what is here described

Is this maybe a cultural thing? I'm living in Germany and I'm from France.
