I live in CO and will install a doggy door of course(she can actually handle below freezing temps no problem anyways). Specifically south of Denver suburbs(highlands ranch, littelton, Centennial area). I am accepting a non wfh job and its paying enough to afford a house. I cant leave her locked up for 8 hours and want her to enjoy a backyard. I can coyote proof my fence no problem and it seems that she is too big for hawks but im worried about eagles. I seen one a while back with a goose carcas. Worried maybe a hungry hawk would take its chances. Maybe even an owl..
Any thoughts on how safe it is? I wanted a backyard anyways and I dont want to pay 10 grand a year for doggy day care.
