So we got a new bed and my dogs are struggling to jump up, looking for a ramp.

So I have 3 dogs, one older bigger one and 2 smaller dogs but we ended up buying a new bed and frame and the dogs are struggling to jump up on it. One of the smaller ones actually jumped and didn't make it and fell backwards on the floor so I'm definitely worried they will get hurt, but I don't know anything about ramps or stairs, etc..

There's not a lot of room in the bedroom but getting the dogs to not sleep on the bed isn't an option so does anyone know a good ramp/stair that will make it easier for them to get on and off the bed??
