Sleep schedule for 10mths

Hey everyone! Does anyone know how much sleep a 10 month old large breed puppy should be getting in a 24hr period?

He was on a great sleep/forced nap schedule when he was a baby and it was really helpful for him and me, but since he’s gotten older I’ve been slacking on a schedule.

I think I want to put him back on one because some days he will take a nap by himself but other days he will not settle and I think going back to a schedule will really be beneficial for him and me.

I’m finding mixed answers online.

Does anyone have any insight?
