This is a warning to all who are thinking of buying the Heusom nail grinder “risk free”. It was ineffective at grinding my 12 lb dog’s nails and they offer a 60 day “risk free” guarantee. However when I reached out to get a refund I either had to pay the shipping myself to return the item or they give a 60% discount and you keep the item. That is not risk free, that is losing money for trying their product. Hope this helps people that do their research before they buy.
