Has anyone else enjoyed when their dog was an adolescent? My puppy is nearing a year old, so maybe I'm speaking too soon because she has a long way to go before she fully matures, but her adolescent stage is way more enjoyable than when she was a young puppy. She frustrates me a lot sometimes, but I love watching her figure things out and use her little brain. She has definitely taught me a lot about patience and how I need to adjust my expectations for her. She is my first puppy, so I'm sure I won't feel this way about every other puppy I may own in my life.
