My dog recently got injured, and she needs a muzzle for the vet due to this.
At the emergency vet they had a basket muzzle that fit her perfectly, but I didn't recognize the brand. The vet tech said I could find them on Amazon.
I ended up buying a baskerville muzzle, because it was what I was able to get in time for her first follow up appointment. It's a size 4 and the fit looks good around her nose, but it slips off her head at the tightest setting, even with the safety strap attached to her collar. The next size down is too small (her nose sticks out of it).
She has another follow up visit in early December, and I'm hoping to find one that fits properly by then.
If it helps I told the emergency vet she was 50-ish pounds and that produced the correct sized muzzle. She looks like she has a normal sized noggin, but it is all fluff and ears.
