Noise cancelling earbuds for kennel workers?

I work in a kennel and it can be so loud. I'd like to buy noise cancelling earbuds that also connect to my phone for podcasts, but that's not something internet searches are helping me find. I don't know much about this technology, but I assume some might be better at cancelling dogs then others? Or if they're all the same in that regard, I'd still love opinions!

Any other kennel attendants out there who have good ones?
