When does it get better?

I know there are many of these posts. I am really struggling. When does it get better?

My puppy just turned 7 months and although lots of things are going really well. He has started meerkating on walks when he sees another dog and is still very hyperactive in the house, if I sit down he will often jump and try and nip me and the rug.

I just want to know when he’ll be more chill in the house, I work from home and am going slightly insane with the constant management.
