hi!
we have a 2 year old, 60+ lb, shepard shar pei rescue mix, full of separation anxiety and energy. just got him a few months ago, so going through a lot of training.
we’re trying to find a durable puzzle/toy/chew stick (that is safe and that he won’t be able to destroy) to help distract his working-dog brain. he destroys “indestructible” toys instantaneously.
he’s too smart and figured out a puzzle toy in minutes. it was advertised to keep them busy for a loooong time.
we have a black heavy duty kong that we fill daily, but again, he figures it out so fast, even with packing it skillfully and making it super difficult. it has survived his super strong jaws tho!
he loves being outside, but we can’t afford a cover/situation for the backyard yet, and it’s super cold and rainy here, so we’re trying to stimulate him while indoors.
it also seems like a lot of reviews for dog toys are people writing positive reviews for getting the product for free, so figured i’d give it the ol’ reddit try.
also, been looking at a few… anyone have any success with the himalayan cheese dog sticks? or the pupsicle thingies?
