Hello for the 100th time! I'm struggling a bit with forced naps. I've been following the 1 up 2 down rule, and usually my puppy will take a nap in his crate after a little bit of whining / barking. Recently he's started to protest these naps. I'm talking about barking and crying fits that don't stop after 20 mins. I do my best to ignore him but I live with my parents and my landlord lives right above us and I hate the idea of disrupting them. It gets to a point where I can't take it anymore and I let him out. In situations like these what do you do ? Should I just let him bark it out for however long or should I be taking him out and resetting ? TIA!
