Any separation anxiety success stories?

Our Cockapoo is 11 months old, and although we felt like we were making some good progress with separation anxiety, last night after trying to leave her at home she want ballistic almost as soon as we shut the door, and after 5ish minutes wasn't calming down. This was after a few walks that day, and a bunch of treats/ toys to keep her entertained while we were out. It felt like none of that stuff really factored in- the section we shut the stoor she ignored all of that stuff and was clearly stressed about not being with us.

We've been able to leave her alone for a few hours multiple times, but I think she's regressed in the past few months, especially now it's dark and harder to walk her in the evenings. She also went through similar regression for sleeping alone, which had us camping out in the Kitchen next to her crate for a month.

I think we just need to go back to basics but it's tough- my wife and I both work from home, and the moments where naturally we need to both be out (without the dog) are rare day to day. She's happy to relax downstairs on her own, but only when it's on her terms, it seems.

Really I'd just love to hear from anyone who's managed to overcome this sort of thing around adolescence, and how they managed to find the time. I know we can do it but could do with some tales for motivation!
