I have a chihuahua so she especially gets cold really fast even with a coat on (i dont want to buy her booties yet as her feet are tiny). I feel guilty for neglecting her walks, but she gets so wet and shaky. I take her to dog friendly inside places like the mall or pet stores, but we dont meet many dogs there. I was thinking of carrying her around my town and setting her down around dogs so she walks on her own next to them without fear, would that be enough?
