blind/deaf dog with no sense of smell

hi everyone!

my senior dog is both blind and deaf, but her sense of smell has always been terrible. i’m not sure how connect with her or keep her entertained. she doesn’t really enjoy being pet, and she doesn’t play much anymore. all the resources online talk about using scent for blind and deaf dogs but she can’t really rely on that.

any suggestions?
