Super active puppy and winter

My puppy is almost 5 months old. He is super active and constantly wants to be out. He is a mix of coonhound, shepherd, husky and lab.

I am able to fill his cup as there is a big park near me and we do offleash fetch and he enjoys the time outside. I also let him out into the backyard on and off throughout the day.

But with winter coming in here in Canada, Im struggling to keep up with his needs and sticking to the current routine. Its a lot of work to bundle up, get him ready and manage him thrkughout while also working a full time job.

Any advice??
