Getting a puppy to nap in its crate – need tips

I’m looking for some tips on getting my 10wk old Cavapoo to nap in her crate. I’m in the process of crate training her and she has all her toys and some snacks in there, but she generally only goes in there when it’s bed time at night. But naps during the day she pretty much finds anywhere in the house to just lay out and knock out for a few.

Is there anything I can be doing to better encourage her to nap in her crate?

I should note that her crate is upstairs in my bedroom. She does spend a lot of time downstairs. We mainly have her crate upstairs so she can be near at night when it’s time to wake her up to do her middle of the night potty breaks.
