Should I care that my puppy sometimes goofs in crate/pen before settling for a nap?

My 13 week old Bernedoodle is overall doing good on crate/pen time. I’ve reinforced being calm and he can chill in the open crate+pen set up I have for him without whining or barking.

I’m doing 1 up / 2 down and he’s usually pretty good about settling quickly, I command him into the crate and give him some treats and he usually falls asleep on his own as I do stuff in the room or even if I leave to another room. However, sometimes he goofs off in the crate/pen before fully settling. He’ll dig at the bottom of the plastic crate, chew the edges, throw around his toys and bedding a bit. I don’t really mind it because he’s still quiet while doing it even if I leave the room but should I be changing this behavior?

It doesn’t really seem tied to his stimulation, for example this morning I went on a 15 min walk with him and then he ate breakfast from a puzzle toy so I would think he’s covered on both physical/mental but he’s been goofing off for about 20 mins after putting him down for the nap.
