Potty Training – Angel by Day Devil by Night

I’m am struggling to understand how my 6 mo old lab mix (from a shelter) does so great during the day and loses all of her progress at night. During my WFH days we have our routine she is crated 3-4 hours at a time for nap and about an hour of unsupervised play time with potty breaks every 20-30 minutes. No accidents – she waits until I come down to let her out so I know she can do it. Then around 3 my kid and husband get home and everything devolves from there. Last night she peed about 10 times all over the house between 6 and 7 after we had dinner. Every five minutes peeing wherever. I don’t understand how she can do so great during the day – really seems to get it – and then at night forget everything. Last night broke me and I am hoping someone else experienced this too and has some advice. Could it be the addition of my kid and husband? Or going more than an hour without crating in the evening? Sometimes we crate during dinner but that doesn’t seem to stop the potty inside at night.
