My 10 month old lab recently started chewing door frames when we leave. She chews the frame of the door we exit out of. She has awful separation anxiety! You might say just kennel her… well she slams her nose into the kennel until it bleeds due to separation. We have worked and worked with her. And she was doing awesome out of the kennel until the last month or so, we’re not sure what changed… does anyone have any ideas on how to help her or to at least be able to leave her and come home to a home that is in one piece? She has another (very well trained) dog at home to hang with. We have tried tv on and off. Lots of toys, calming treats. I’ve looked at soft kennels but none seem to have great reviews on durability and think she will just shred the mesh. But we can’t leave her alone at this point…
