Hello everyone, I am a 21 year old guy involved in e-money. Recently I was fortunate enough to earn a little bit of extra money and I was able to achieve a dream of mine; to support a local dog shelter; I contributed them by gifting dog food, vitamins and some collars through the permission and consultation of the shelter's owner and the vet.
The shelter was finely managed and they even had a large area for dogs to play. There were all kinds of dogs(stray dogs, German shepherds, a few pugs, etc) from puppies to older dogs, some dogs were given away for free, some were for cash.
My main question is, how do they classify a stray dog's age? With puppies and older dogs I understand, but withing the range of 5-7? I wanted to ask this from the vet but I was unable to since he had some appointments.
