Am I at the teenager phase?

I think we are there already. My mini golden doodle is 5.5 months. We went through teething and nipping. He learns super fast and is a great listener. The last week or so he has started humping (just me, his favorite) and biting again—hands, feet, clothes. With teething I could redirect with toys/chews. Not working now. It sometimes helps if I stand up. If that fails I give myself a time out by going on the other side of the gate. This causes crying. . I come back when he is sitting quietly. Sometimes I have to repeat this multiple times. It is almost always later in the evening. I think he is tired/overstimulated. Anything else I should try to redirect? He is getting neutered soon.
