Rescue Dog Still Scared of Me after 5 Months?

My wife and I foster failed on a sweet and beautiful 1.5yo brindle girl (assuming pittie/staffie mix of some sort, going to get her tested at some point) in June. She started off super shy and anxious but has come so far! My problem is, when we are in our house specifically…I'm the scariest thing in the world to her.

On a walk? She loves me, constantly comes to me for treats and love. In public? Comes to me for safety, she will be brave if I'm there, etc. We even signed her up for a "Confidence Building for Shy Dogs" class, and she graduated top of her class by leaps and bounds, even the trainer was impressed.

We are assuming trauma involving a man in her past (obviously), because she's slowly become my wife's velcro dog, but no matter what I try, she's still anxious/scared around me as soon as we cross the threshold to our house. I've given copious treats, try to meet her at her level, go at her pace, but it's been 5 months and I'm getting a little demoralized. I'm usually the one that everyone goes "Wow, my dog normally hates people they don't know, but they seem to love you!" and it's causing a serious blow to my morale that I can't even get love from my own dog, even though I'm thrilled she is loving my wife so much. Sorry for the wall of text and thanks for reading, any thoughts?
