My puppy just QUIT listening

My puppy Safi just turned 8 months old and HOLY COW he will not listen omg, I began training him at 3 months old and by now he knows 11 tricks but wtf?? He doesn't listen to shit I say anymore, He looks at me with a silly grin and just pounces away like a jolly lad. He knows not to jump on people, that's the very first thing I taught this dude because he's going to be quite large but guy, He just jumps on people and slams his little body into Thier legs. I say center? Backup? Down? Laydown? Paw? Heel? I GET NOTHING BUT CRAZY EYES FROM THIS LITTLE MAN, I know hes hitting his teen years but oh my gosh, how do I navigate this? He's a pitbull/ Labrador retriever mix, Highly food motivated and very stubborn.
