I have a 4 1/2 month old bernedoodle. I live in the 50th floor of a condo so he mainly goes out to potty in the balcony. Whenever I take him out for walks he rarely pees and never poos. Will he start to learn to go on his own ? Or have I trained him to only go out in the balcony. Please help.
