What breed of dog is this?

We just adopted our first dog. Yey!

Now we need help in identifying what breed she is. So far no one could really tell.

Any help is appreciated.

Her shoulder height is approx. 44cm/17in and she weighs around 8kg/17lbs.

She's originally from Romania.
